These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by Velours Digital FZ-LLC, trading as Auria Private Concierge.

1. Services
Auria Private Concierge provides personalized concierge and lifestyle assistance services based on individual client requests.
Services may include, depending on the request, reservations, arrangements, sourcing, coordination, access requests and other personalized assistance.
Each request is assessed individually and is subject to availability, feasibility and any applicable third-party conditions.
2. Quotation & Acceptance
Following receipt and review of a client request, Auria may provide a personalized quotation.
A quotation is valid for the period specified in the quotation and remains subject to availability and applicable price changes until confirmed.
The quotation becomes accepted once the client confirms their approval and the required payment has been received.
3. Payment
Auria does not require payment directly through the website when a request is submitted.
Payment is made following the client's approval of the personalized quotation and according to the payment instructions provided by Auria.
No reservation, purchase or service will normally be initiated until the required payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Third-Party Services
Certain services requested by the client may be provided, fulfilled or supplied by third-party providers.
Third-party services remain subject to the terms, conditions, availability, cancellation policies and pricing of the relevant provider.
Where Auria acts as an intermediary or coordinator, Auria is not responsible for the independent performance, cancellation, modification or failure of a third-party provider, subject to applicable law.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellation and refund conditions depend on the nature of the requested service and the applicable terms of the relevant third-party provider.
Any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred by Auria on behalf of the client are not refundable unless such amounts are recovered from the relevant provider or a refund is otherwise required by applicable law.
Where a service is cancelled before Auria has incurred any non-refundable costs, the applicable refund, if any, will be assessed according to the specific quotation and applicable service conditions.
Any cancellation request must be submitted to Auria as soon as possible.
6. Changes to a Request
Any change requested after confirmation may be subject to availability, additional charges, price differences or third-party fees.
Auria will inform the client of any applicable additional cost before proceeding where reasonably possible.
7. Timing & Availability
All services and arrangements are subject to availability.
Auria will make reasonable efforts to fulfil accepted requests within the agreed timeframe but cannot guarantee availability or response times controlled by third-party providers.
8. Client Information
The client is responsible for providing accurate, complete and up-to-date information necessary for the fulfilment of the request.
Auria shall not be responsible for issues resulting from inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information provided by the client.
9. Client Approval
The client is responsible for reviewing and approving the quotation and any relevant details before payment.
Once the quotation has been approved and payment has been made, Auria may proceed with the requested arrangements in accordance with the approved quotation.
10. Personal Information & Privacy
Auria may collect and process personal information necessary to respond to requests, communicate with clients and provide or coordinate requested services.
Personal information will be handled in accordance with applicable laws and Auria's privacy practices.
11. Confidentiality
Auria is committed to handling client requests with discretion and confidentiality.
Information provided by the client will only be shared with relevant third parties where reasonably necessary to fulfil the requested service, subject to applicable law.
12. Limitation of Liability
Auria will use reasonable care in coordinating and arranging requested services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Auria shall not be liable for circumstances outside its reasonable control, including acts, omissions, cancellations, delays, changes in availability, failures or decisions of third-party providers.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws and regulations of the Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the services provided by Auria Private Concierge shall, subject to any mandatory applicable law, be submitted to the competent courts of Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates.
14. Acceptance
By approving a quotation, making payment or instructing Auria to proceed with a service, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
